PURCHASE, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Providing a Funeral Service can pose challenges with respect to a RETURNS and REFUND POLICY.

CREMATION SERVICE

All Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) – Including GST.
NO RETURNS or REFUND will be provided once Tribute Funeral Services has booked and transferred the person to the Crematorium for cremation, the Service will proceed.

Arrangements will be made with the Client to return the ashes once they are available from the Crematorium, generally 5 business days following the Cremation. The Ashes will be placed in a Australian Crematorium Industry Standard Impact Resistant Plastic Urn (3 Litre in volume) with Identification Label.

Where the Client decides NOT to proceed with the Services provided by Tribute Funeral Services, up to 24 hours prior to scheduled booking and transfer to the Crematorium, and another Funeral Director is engaged, to provide the Funeral Service. The Client will be subject to a cancellation fee of $400.00 inc GST to cover the initial Transfer and Mortuary Care of the deceased, from the place of Death (Home, Nursing Home, Hospital) or Coroner, which ever applies. Transfer of the deceased to another Funeral Director will be at the cost of the Client, generally payable to the new Funeral Director now engaged by the Client. The Client will also be liable for any other associated costs relating to Coffin/Casket already supplied that the Deceased has been placed into, Flowers, Catering, Custom Memorial Books, Multimedia Photo Reflection Presentations, Printing, any personalised items produced for the deceased and the Funeral Service and Cemetery Cancellation Fees for Cemetery related Services.

The balance of the Tribute Funeral Services Service and associated Funeral fees will be refunded to the applicable Credit Card account within 14 Business Days.

BURIAL SERVICE


All Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) – Including GST.
NO RETURNS or REFUND will be provided once Tribute Funeral Services has booked and transferred the person to the Cemetery for Burial, the Service will proceed.

Where the Client decides NOT to proceed with the Services provided by Tribute Funeral Services, up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking and transfer to the Cemetery for Burial, and another Funeral Director is engaged, to provide the Funeral Service. The Client will be subject to a cancellation fee of $400.00 inc GST to cover the initial Transfer and Mortuary Care of the deceased, from the place of Death (Home, Nursing Home, Hospital) or Coroner, which ever applies. Transfer of the deceased to another Funeral Director will be at the cost of the Client, generally payable to the new Funeral Director now engaged by the Client. FUNERAL KEEPSAKES
URNS AND JEWELLERY

URN – We offer free transfer of the ashes into a the new Urn when purchased as part of a Tribute Funeral Services Service.

WHAT can be returned?

All URNS and JEWELLERY products are returnable as long as they are in an unused and in brand new condition. NO RETURN OR REFUND will be provided if Ashes have been transferred into the Urn or Jewellery.
‘Change of mind’ returns incur a 20% of the item value restocking and processing fee.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

21 days from the receipt of goods.

HOW do customers return items?

Please send your order with a tracking number and a copy of the order summary to the following address. Once we have received your order and assessed and approved your application for return, an exchange, credit or refund can be arranged.

SHIPPING for returns?

Shipping costs and rates are not refundable. All Returns are and will be at the cost of the purchaser/client.

CREDIT for returns?

Once we have received your order and assessed and approved your application for return, an exchange, credit or refund can be arranged.

PERSONAL return option?

Customers can return an item directly at the above address.

PACKING materials?

Items need to be in original packaging for returns.
